• 1.-Hospital Coordinator of the ISSSTE Tijuana Kidney Transplant Program in Baja California since May 1996 to date, with a health license for Kidney Transplant issued in December 1996 by the National Transplant Registry SSA with number: 1002000095 for the hospitals “5 de diciembre” Mexicali and “Fray Junípero Serra” in Tijuana.
• 2.-Coordinator of the Cadaveric Donor Transplant Project ISSSTE Baja California 1997-2000.
• 3.-First multi-organ simultaneous transplant in Baja California August 17, 2001
• 4.-First Member of the Mexican Transplant Society of the Northern Zone on the board of directors from January 2001 to December 2004 (Four periods)
• 5.-Tectonic Secretary of the State Transplant Council of Baja California from February 4, 2002 to February 2004.
• 6.-Head of the Transplant Unit of the ISSSTE Hospital in Tijuana from January 2000 to the present.
• 7.-Head of the Renal Transplant Unit of the private Del Prado Hospital since October 2001 to the present.
• 8.-Coordinator of the Transplant Research Unit of the Del Prado Hospital since October 2002 to the present.
• 9.- Physician assigned to the Tijuana General Hospital as a transplant surgeon, transplant coordinator of the same unit June 5, 2007 to June 2014
• 10.- 1st transplant by Laparoscopic surgery at the Tijuana General Hospital in March 2011
• 11.- Appointment of technical secretary of COETRA BC August 1, 2007 to January 2015
• 12.- Coordinator of Surgeons of the femoral transplant program of the General Hospital of Mexicali. 2016-2019
